Featuring updates that faithfully honour the era; you are immediately enveloped by warm neutrals, welcoming textures and soft brass elements throughout. Boasting both an upper front deck (that looks out to the Pacific Ocean) and second storey back deck that looks out over green spaces and beyond to the golf course - you have choices when it comes to soaking in the sunshine and breathing in the salt air. The downstairs area has been updated to create a separate oasis perfect for children or adolescents that need their own space. The retro upstairs bathroom is a reminder of the charm of the past and almost on trend once again. Located directly across the road from Beare’s Beach, only 600mtrs to the famous Bermagui Blue Pools and 1.1kms to the Bermagui Beach Hotel and the town centre offering boutique shops & cafe’s. 1.2kms to the Country Club and golf course and 1.5kms to the fisherman’s Co-Op and marina - you are perfectly positioned to enjoy all that this beautiful township has to offer.
