Good bar service and a delicious Hugo. We enjoyed our meal and service in the Italian restaurant, a great way to unwind. The room was very clean and the beds great. Our biggest problem was waiting for in excess of 30 minutes to check in which after a long journey was very frustrating. One receptionist was working quickly to help people whilst another was shuffling papers until another guest demanded some service. Two receptionist at a busy time like this just before the Easter break is maybe not enough. Also we were unaware of the extra charge to use the pool. Excessive and our first experience of this despite being world travellers. We have paid for spa use in the past but not a pool swim before!

The Titanic Chaussee was a beautiful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and the hotel was very close to a metro station, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great facilities, fancy hotel! You have options for dinner inside and also around the street. The lady at check-in did not provide enough information about the hotel services and schedule, I found that you have to pay 20 Euros to access the pool (I thought it was included within my reservation). Great hotel
Really enjoyed this hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet also. I never heard anyone in adjacent rooms or loud noises in the hallway, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

Fine but there are better places for the price
Lovely hotel but very patchy customer service. 2 separate front of house staff were dismissive to the point of being rude. Breakfast team in the restaurant were significantly better, particularly the chefs who made beautiful fresh omelettes wach morning. One last thing, we were in room 377. A previous guest clearly took issue with the bin in the bathroom. The fact that it was there throughout the entire stay does *not* suggest attention to detail!!

Get a new bar manager
There was about 20 of us that stayed on my recommendation as I’ve stayed many times. Only problem was new bar manager cannot deal with a lot of people. Young barman was excellent during the day but the elder one at night was a nightmare.

Good but a couple of issues.
A beautiful hotel with great facilities. A couple of issues though. I didn't see anywhere on the listing that said I had to pay £20 per day to use the spa facilities. I also had a meal in the Italian restaurant, which was amazing food but start to finish of my meal took about 2 hours. The service was so slow and the restaurant was not even busy. I would say the staff was friendly and helpful but more info needed on the listing and a conversation with the waitiers might be needed.

Great hotel and common facilities. Clean modern rooms. Just two things to note. The rooms are not always filled with same amenities. My room was missing laundry price sheet (as a result costing me twice the normal amount since express service was uncommunicated until I went down to submit laundry). 2nd the fitness center hours are not useful for normal business people at a conference. Open from 7-11. Maybe it’s a cultural thing but most people I know work out in the early morning. Would look into why the service is not open for longer hours

We had a great 5 night stay as part of a package deal through Expedia. Hotel is well maintained and clean with access to an incredible fitness center. Rooms are modern and comfortable with only trouble being keeping the room cool as the day warmed up. Location was perfect for access to the city with short walks to Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag and Tiergarten area. U-barn stop is about 200 feet from the hotel as well.
