Dear guests, please note that our apartment is a legal rental property and is not affected by Berlin’s holiday apartment ban. Located on the third floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, the apartment features a welcoming, spacious layout. The heart of the home is a large, sunlit living room — a perfect space to gather, relax, or enjoy a glass of wine or beer while planning the next day’s adventures. A generous corner sofa and five comfortable armchairs invite relaxation, and amenities such as TV, radio, and a selection of books are provided for your entertainment. The open, fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your culinary needs, offering a stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, two refrigerators, a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and more. Two smaller bedrooms are furnished with cozy double beds (160x200 cm) and wardrobes or dressers. A third bedroom offers a larger double bed (180x200 cm), an additional sofa bed, and a closet, while the fourth bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), a baby cot, and a wardrobe — ideal for families traveling with children. There are also two well-appointed bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, offering added convenience for larger groups. Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking indoors; however, guests are welcome to use the spacious balcony for smoking.
