Great hotel; and very hospitable management team! The room (apartment actually) was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything necessary for our stay! I will definitely rebook the hotel when I return to Berlin!

a true gem in Berlin
Palacina Berlin Hotel is a true gem!!! The apartment was a little more grand than I expected, but that made the stay even better! A comfortable space, with lots of room in most areas of the apartment. Everything was in very good condition, and the amenities were good also (e.g., washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.). The location was great if in terms of closeness to two different subway lines. Most importantly, the property manager (Raphael) was extremely welcoming and helpful - always available and quick to respond to questions we had. I look forward to staying at Palacina Berlin Hotel again on my next trip to Berlin!

Having a kitchen as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer was extremely useful. However, I found the dining room chairs to be extremely uncomfortable (hard and slippery). I had work to do and was not able to do it at the table because of the chairs. The lighting was also a bit dim and electrical sockets were in awkward places.

A Perfect Apartment
An absolute gem in Berlin. Extremely comfortable and spacious with an abundance of amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and U Bahn.

The apartment was of a very high quality and had all the facilities you could need. The location is very handy for the local subway train and you can be in the centre in minutes.

Great comfort in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Palacina. Would definitely recommend to anyone who prefers to be independent of hotel limitations and have some space with a sofa and kitchen and separate bedroom.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME.. WORTH IT !!
I am not the type of ever write reviews. I usually always get too busy by the time I get back from vacation but I could not forget about the comfort I felt in this hotel. It's more of an apartment feel. My boyfriend and I stayed during christmas time mainly to hit all of the nearby christmas markets and this was dead center close to all of them. The apartment within itself was SOO homey and clean! It had clean plates,cups, utensils so we didn't have to worry. It looks JUST like the pictures , I was so happy! I typically like to sleep without a comforter and just a light sheet to wrap myself with and it was a 5 minute timespan of when I requested it and they delivered it to the door. It's nearby alot of mom and pops shops and plenty of grocery stores. We plan on coming back again !!!

Perfect base to explore Berlin.
Modern and extremely well presented, this beautiful old building has been lovingly restored and has all top spec facilities. Excellent base to explore Berlin. Staff couldn’t me more helpful and we loved staying here. Totally recommend this apartment hotel.

Beautiful
Beautiful apartments that can't be faulted. Great location near to several u-bahn stations. Handy for lots of restaurants. Cafe der Fragen just up road was great for breakfast. Will stay here again when in Berlin.

Huge!
Huge apartment with lots of space and storage. Even has one and a half baths. One with a nice soaking tub in large bathroom.

Just lovely!
Good safe area close to underground stop and short walk to multiple cafes. Mum adored the room and she is fussy - enough said. Hotel host Daniel was friendly and helpful, we really appreciated his warm and informative welcome. Goid facilities in apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend in Berlin
Excellent apartment, spacious, nice decorated with everything you need. It's like being home. It's very close to the metro station. There are many restaurants and cofee shops nearby. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay!!

fantastic hotel. my family and I travel a great deal and this was in the top tier of our favourites. the hotel was in a great location, mere minutes to the U bahn. The apartment was clean and had all the convenient features such as dishwasher and washer and dryer, satellite TV in the rooms made deciding on a channel easier. The staff at Palacina were great, helpful in anyway possible. I would return to Placina tomorrow and plan to stay there overtime I am in Berlin

Fabulous apartment in Berlin
Really can't recommend this place enough. We stayed for 4 nights in Apartment 5, which is a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was fabulous. The apartment is huge; the hall alone is larger than most hotel rooms. Tastefully decorated, with decent quality furniture and fittings. There is no street noise and the whole building feels secure with a reliable lift. Metro is a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets and a couple of reasonable restaurants (and a very good bakery) within a couple of minutes walk. Potsdamer Platz is approximately 20/25 minutes walk away; less than ten euros in a taxi. We met two staff whilst we were there, both were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a spacious apartment that feels like home.

Palacina is PERFECT!
My partner & I just stayed at Palacin Berlin Apartments for 4 nights from Friday to Tuesday. The office is only open Mon-Fri from 9-5pm, so this is not a full time staffed hotel. They specifically state that they are "apartments" and NOT a "hotel". If you need those full time, full service amenities, then this is not for you. However, if you are looking to stay at a beautiful, luxury apartment feeling like you are a local resident, then this is perfect! I arrived at noon on Friday & met by Nisha at the office. She was very sweet, pleasant & professional. After a long flight, she kindly let me check in early even though check in isn't until 3pm. She brought me up to my room, explained a few things, & left me to relax & enjoy it. She did explain that there is no maid service and since the office is closed the wkend that if I needed anything extra that I should request it now. The bathroom amenities are small shampoo, bath gel, & hand soap. I booked a "Type A" one bedroom which is quite large, has a full kitchen with washer/dryer, large bthrm, & half bthrm. We were apt #10 which was 3 flights up. You can take the elevator, but we used the stairs. We faced the interior courtyard which was pindrop quiet & pretty open view as there was a large courtyard & the other bldgs were a good distance away so no need to close the curtains for privacy. The apartment is quite beautiful with high ceilings & big windows, very well furnished, & fully stocked kitchen.

Good location, ask for an upper floor room.
The apartments are in a good part of Berlin, close to restaurants, bars and in an interesting area. Sadly, my ground floor apartment was next to the common area which the smokers occupied for most of the time I was there. The nights were hot so windows needed to be open, and after sightseeing all day the smell of smoke was not a pleasant one to have when relaxing. What should have been a good experience was disappointing.

Buena alternativa para vciajes en familia
Se trata de departamentos amoblados, sin servicio alguno, pero muy amplios, bien equipados, cómodos e incluso elegantes. Ideales para pasar varios días, en especial si se viaja en familia. No encontramos ningún atractivo especial en el barrio, pero tiene Metro muy cerca y es fácil ir a cualquier lugar. Hay una recepción, pero atiende sólo en las mañanas; es conveniente coordinar la llegada para la entrega de las llaves. Al retirarse, se pueden simplemente dejar en un buzón. El edificio tiene estacionamiento, pero la entrada es muy, pero muy estrecha; hay que abatir los espejos y pasar con mucho cuidado para no dañar una llanta.

Recht zentral in Berlin-Schöneberg gelegenes Studio-/2-Raum-Kleinapartment gehabt. Gut und sauber eingerichtet. Ideal für Selbstversorger, da mit Küche und aller Infrastruktur. Dran denken...Ist kein Hotel. Aber das nächste, sehr nette Café ist nur 100m entfernt in der gleichen Strasse.

Beautiful, everything you need
Palacina is approx. 5 min walk from U2 Bulowstrasse station. Many sights are accessible via U2. One station away (Nollendorfstrasse) there is a good supermarket (Kaisers) and nearby are convenience stores and fast food places. Palacina is beautifully decorated and kitchen is well equipped. Personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place warmly.
