Overall we had a satisfactory experience, and I would recommend it, but there were a few issues. Their parking facility is offsite and really difficult to navigate...very tight. They were kind enough to offer an upgrade to a junior suite for half price, and the room was awesome...nice and roomy. However, the bathroom entry had a very bright and annoying light under the step which you couldn't turn off. The location is pretty good...most things are walkable.

The hotel was super nice inside. We stayed in Berlin for the weekend and it was great as the location was next to many underground train stations that made it easy to travel around the city. It was in a safe area with many dining options and cafes nearby. It was super nice and spacious inside the room. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Fantastic hotel, particularly if attending events at the Tempodrom. 15 minute walk to Brandenburg gate and attractions close by. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of food and drink including freshly made eggs. Our only complaint would be that the sauna is only open from 5pm til midnight, not during the day.
