The house itself is charming and situated in a pleasant neighborhood in Ocean Pines. However, my overall experience with this booking was disappointing. From the outset, I encountered several issues with Vacasa, the rental management company. While the home appeared organized, it was not adequately cleaned. We noticed multiple spider webs and spiders in the kitchen, and one of the bedsheets was heavily stained with purple marks. On the third day of our stay, we discovered a used diaper in the laundry basket—an unpleasant surprise, especially since there were no infants in our group. The check-in process was particularly challenging, and Vacasa's customer service provided little to no assistance.
