There was no balcony,it had a door that opened outside but no balcony. The air con wasn't working so in the middle of the night we had to open the doors to cool down, that was every night for,,5 nights . The lighting is very dim which made it hard to read a book. The jug was broken which got replaced after a long process contacting the call center. We stayed for 5 nights and our towels weren't changed. You had to download an app to communicate and gain access to the unit. There was a huge construction project next door and the entire building was vibrating one morning (from around 8am), no notice was provided.
