W. 22 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Reinfall Ein kreativ designtes Appartement im "industrial Style".Extrem schlecht zu belüften und horrormäßig laut (die Straßenbahn fährt durch die Bude...). Dazu ein Badezimmer, das unter Wasser stand, da der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht funktionierte und das Wasser bereits unter das Laminat im Flur geflossen war. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo in Frankfurt!! verlief dann überraschend gut und die Managerin dieses Appartements in Berlin selbst war extrem kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ (5Sterne). Wir wurden dann nach mehreren Anläufen für die nächste Nacht in ein Appartement im Innenhof umquartiert, das im Kellerbereich (Schlafzimmer) so muffig war, dass wir kaum geschlafen haben. Wir sind dann einen Tag früher abgereist, es war nicht mehr auszuhalten.Fazit: Nicht annähernd seinen Preis wert. Mal sehen, wie wir uns jetzt mit FeWo einigen werden. Schade, denn der Eindruck im Internet war sehr positiv!Auf Fotos verzichte ich, FeWo hat die Wasseraufnahmen im Bad von mir bekommen. ##### Andreas J. W. Der Stil ist fantastisch und es war alles sehr sauber! Vom Antonplatz ist man mit der Straßenbahn schnell überall - ich habe es aber auch sehr gemocht, nicht im touristischen Zentrum zu sein, sondern im echten Berlin. ##### Anja K. The place was right near the train station and it was quite easy to commute to and from the train station.
