NO! Don’t book here! The stuff are nice, but other than that, everything else is terrible and I don’t know how would anyone rate it other than terrible! 1- its not a hotel, its a b&b renting out rooms in a rusty building 2- pictures dont show how terrible is it 3- its very run down to each and every little detail 4- smell is terrible because mattresses seem to be not cleaned 5- terrible bed mattress 6- no mirror except the tiny one that won’t fit even your upper torso 7- no hot water, maybe some warm water after waiting for minutes 8- running water noise 9- the vacuum cleaner itself produces ciggerates ash smell so strong it will irritate your nose for the day 10- very depressing and outdated design, it takes your soul out! 11- tiny towels and only two per day 12- terrible location, not close to anything at all The owners of this property don’t care about doing the slightest improvement to offer better quality and have the audacity to charge Eur 120 per night for single just like a 4* hotel in city center. Avoid at all costs even if its the last available property when you’re traveling

It was an overall good experience. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. However, the breakfast was pretty basic with not a lot of options. The entire staff barely speaks english which was a bit annoying but we did manage to communicate. The hotel is a bit far from the centre but Berlin has great public transport so it isn't a problem if you don't mind taking the subway. It is about 15min away from touristic areas.

Old hotel in a very nice neighborhood! The bed and shower are amazing ! And amazing breakfast The only problem is the room that i slept it’s next to reception and the breakfast area so around 6 am it was very nosy. But everything was very nice so far also is close to the public transportation

I checked in late but the clerk/receptionist was very responsive and cooperative. They even extended my check out for one additional hour upon my request. The room was super clean and. The whole room(including the bathroom) smelled extremely fresh. All the needed amenities were available.

If you arrive at the north end of Emser Straße and follow the street numbers to find the hotel, it would be very confusing and frustrating, as the numbers only go higher and higher while you are looking for 19. You must continue to walk south to the intersection of Emser and Düsseldorf Straße, then, voila! Bellevue will appear on the right side. Cons: It shares the building with other private residences. It took us some efforts to get the door open. WiFi is disconnected after a long pause. Each login is limited to one device. Other than the above, we enjoyed a good stay.

The location is pretty well, the price is little bit too high for what the hotel offer. The closet was dirty , only one towel and 1 rag wich you couldn't dry my face with it. And other small details wich confirm that the price for a room is too expensive.

A bit pricey for what it offers but good location
The place is old and looks it- but it is clean. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and the room was a bit cramped for 4 but would have been great for two. The WiFi was interesting, Each person had their own password- but it was still too slow for my husband to do his in line class. Food was ok. But we got the room at the last minute so really can’t complain much. Convenient neighborhood to zoo and other attractions. Great bakery on corner. Street parking free- a bit expensive

Better than the other place
We had arrived at a different booking that was awful and had to find something else the same night. So I was grateful that it was clean and we felt safe- but the beds were ok, the food was ok, the lobby was basically a hallway and 2 floors up from the front hall, in the City People were loud outside the windows and the WiFi still wasn’t great... seemed like expensive for what we got- but much better than other place.

Affordable, Comfortable, Near Public Transport
This place was extremely affordable, especially for Berlin, and located close to public transportation options. The breakfast buffet was great, and the maid service was always spectacular. The check-in personnel were kind and pointed us in the direction of several museums, shopping centers, etc... The beds were acceptable (a little uncomfortable, but bearable) and the room decor was dated. Yet, this was acceptable, due to the price. The only downside is the Wifi, which is based on a Hotspot model, with individual logins. It tends to randomly kick you off (every 20-30 minutes or so).

Excellent value, room nothing like photos, very good breakfast I note other feedback stating that the rooms are not like the photos and this was certainly the case for me too. On arrival I almost left because of this but when I took on board how little I had paid and how spotlessly clean everything was I decided to stay. The en suite was tiny and the shower was raised by about 20cm - this made getting in and out difficult particularly as it is situated right next to the toilet bowl - the less agile amongst us would certainly struggle. Again it was spotlessly clean with towels changed daily if required, no shortage of hot water and strong pressure to the shower. The TV is right above the headboard making it impossible to watch in bed, however as there were no English speaking channels I didn’t use it anyway. The room looked generally shabby and could do with redecorating. The bed itself was very comfortable and the linen nice and clean. The inclusive breakfast was superb with a varied, plentiful hot and cold selection - there was even smoked salmon available on the Sunday morning! There is a pleasant terrace accessible from the breakfast room with tables and chairs of you want to eat outside. It is reasonably well situated in a quite grand apartment building with a wood panelled entrance where there is a lift to the hotel reception. It Is on a nice quiet residential street about 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station or about 20 mins walk from the city itself. There

Wonderful location
There are three Metro lines you can walk to, from 6 to 10 minutes.. all standard European Walking Distances. Lovely location, just around the corner from the beautiful Johannes Church, and streets lined with restaurants. There is a wonderful Buffet nearby at a place called SYDNEY. The DESSERT Retaurant is wonderful. I am handicapped and travel with a Medical Alert Service Dog - we were well cared for and assisted. Breakfast is nice but not extravagant. Internet is High Speed. We will stay here again in the future.

Just as what is expected for the price
It is just suitable for budget travelers and don’t expect extraordinary for the price, there is bed and small shower, very basic breakfast. Overall impression: it needs makeover and had seen better days, it was noisy and you could hear day and night flushing of the toilet and people walking upstairs and outside the corridor. We could not let the door to the toilet open as it was smelling of sewer.

This is a good hotel, where I would happily stay again, and that I am happy to recommend. It is in a good, safe area, about 15 minutes walk from Kurfurstendamm and 20 minutes walk from the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Various underground and S-Bahn stations are within walking distance too. A good breakfast buffet is available. Staff happily stored my luggage for free after checkout until my early afternoon train. The room itself was quite small and a little noisy at times due to thin walls dividing it from other areas, but this is a relatively small issue.

A great stay in a rather quirky hotel for our annual Berlin trip, a lovely area with tree lined streets, interesting bars, good eating and well served transport links. Hotel itself is clean and tidy but could perhaps do with a freshen up, breakfasts are the usual range of continental etc. and the shower was both hot and powerful We had a quad room ( two doubles ) however being three we didn't need the second so folded it away which in turn caused the usual confusion over how many towels got left ...... yes we are a triple and yes it does cause a little confusion at times

Simple, basic hotel, good for one night
This hotel is really more like an nice old-fashioned "pension." It was on the second floor of a building in a good neighborhood. The single room was tiny but completely sufficient for one night. Don't expect anything but a clean room and a just ok twin bed. I would only stay there again if I had a quick one-niter in Berlin. The staff was very friends; the breakfast was just ok. Thanks.

it was a bit tricky to find the door at 1030pm but it was a surprising (in a good way) hotel. I liked the eccentric decor and room layout. The breakfast was as you would expect in a German hotel.

Very good hotel. Staff was very friendly when asking about tourist information. The hotel is in a very nice and calm neighborhood. Very close (5-10minutes) walk from hotel to the downtown of West Berlin. I really enjoyed the stayed there.

Welcome Berlin
We order the hotel by the picture and this was dissapointing because we dont get the same we saw. But, this is was only the begining !!! When we come to the hotel maneger to ask why we get triple room and quateder room with 2 double bads as we PAY FOR ! she told us that we got room for 4 with the sofa that can be fixed for 2 persons and 1 double bad. WE PAY EXTRA 10% FROM THE PRICE OF TRIPLE ROOM AND GOT STANDARD !!! The hotel maneger told us that the hotel desaided what to give and not the costumer. The maneger was very an proffessional and very not smart to be gentle. Very bad staying !!! And worst hotel for this money.
