The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

It is the perfect location for families with sporting events in Salisbury, looking to enjoy the numerous local golf courses or wanting to be strategically located for all the area has to offer. The community has 5 swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, several lakes, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails, parks with playgrounds, boat launches and plenty of fishing. There are plenty of nearby activities for the family to enjoy, such as fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and a water park to name a few. For the adults, there is plenty of outlets for shopping and the Ocean Downs Casino is a short drive away. Don't forget to plan a night watching the harness races!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
