Details about our apartment.

Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment in the historic Hansaviertel of Berlin is located on the 3rd floor of the front building of a beautiful old Berlin Altbau – very quiet, between Tiergarten and Spree, but still in the heart of the city.
The apartment has a eat-in kitchen with kitchenette, corner bench and TV. Thanks to induction hotplate, pots, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, pans, soda stream and much more, nothing stands in the way of a nice breakfast or a cozy dinner.
The apartment offers free internet access via WLAN in all areas. The bright, spacious bathroom with natural light is equipped with a ground-level shower.
The cozy bedroom invites you to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The location is the ideal starting point to the hot spots of the city:
Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Philharmonie, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstraße, Berlin's historic center, KaDeWe and Kudamm as well as trendy neighborhoods such as Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg are partly within walking distance or very easy to reach by public transport.
The Bellevue S-Bahn stop with the east-west lines is a 5-minute walk away, and the Hansaplatz U-Bahn stop with the central north-south U9 line is less than 10 minutes away.
From the front door you can start extensive walks along the Spree or through Berlin's green lung, the Tiergarten.
The apartment is also an ideal base for the Berlin Marathon or for guests for whom jogging through the parks and along historic sights are part of the vacation.
In the immediate vicinity (including the Spree) there are many restaurants, cafes, snack bars and bars.
Shopping facilities such as Rewe, LPG (organic supermarket), bakeries & smaller stores round off the not only culinary offer.
Basic information about renting:
Rentals from 2 nights stay / on certain event dates also only bookable from 3 nights.
Final cleaning 59 €; the apartment should be handed over swept clean, which means:
- please dispose of garbage in the courtyard,
- please wash dishes, cutlery and pots and put them away dry
- please remove dirt or traces from the sink, shower and toilet.
In the event of heavy soiling, a special cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of soiling.
Electricity and water costs are included in the rent.
In the winter months we offer the apartment at a bargain price.
