Summary:  
Located directly on the island of Werder, just a minute's walk from the Havel River and near various restaurants and cafés, you will find a 52m² modern holiday apartment with a balcony. The apartment's location offers the perfect conditions for long walks along the Havel. The marketplace and the old town are also in close proximity.  
  
The Space:  
The holiday accommodation offers plenty of space, bright rooms, and modern amenities spread across two floors.  
On the lower level, you will find the living area with an open kitchenette and dining table. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor. From here, you also have access to the balcony, which, with its comfortable seating, invites you to relax.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The holiday apartment is located in the heart of the island of Werder and offers not only walks along the Havel River but also many restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy a piece of cake while appreciating the weather. Additionally, Werder is surrounded by lakes known for their high water quality, making them perfect for swimming. The Havel shores boast excellent maritime infrastructure, with charter companies and boat rentals offering canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, motorboats without a license, and sailing yachts, ensuring that no one has to stay on dry land.  
  
Getting Around:  
There are usually good parking options around the apartment.
