Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

#### Overall a Decent Place to Stay

Overall the place was nice. Would visit again.The bad :- Some “detailed” cleaning is needed as it seems the cleaners just do tidiness / surface clean.- Upstairs bathroom sink clogged 95%. Reported to property management towards end of week and they offered to send someone out but we dealt with it all week, a couple more days didn’t hurt. This is the “small details” the cleaners should notice when cleaning the bathrooms. Not wait for a guest to report it.- Dryer makes a nice squeak. Hard to turn by hand. Feels like bearing is failing possibly. Not a big deal, still works. (Reported this to property management as well)- Shared community pool is expensive for non-residents at 15 per person. 3 to just watch your kids swim.- House could use some touch up work such as trim work and gaps but nothing crazy. Definitely usable as is.The good :- Decent sized place for our family. 4 adults and 2 kids and we were fairly comfortable. 3rd story room useless really unless we were to sleep there.- Quiet area. Backyard is a golf course and it’s not to loud at all. Front yard is the canal, and with very minor no-wake boat traffic, so that was nice.- Plenty of outdoor seating for our 6.- Had boogie boards in the closet. Nice to have for sure for those don’t bring their own!- Full size fridge is nice! Plenty of room for us!- Good neighbors! Got to meet a few of them. Good people to talk to.- Easy to talk to property management via text as needed / on my time.
