Reasonably clean (shower wasn’t great). Hardest bed I’ve ever slept in, and pillow was so soft, it was utterly useless. Staff were pleasant enough (didn’t really have much dealings with them). No functioing Wifi either. We had several issues with equipment not working and layout doesn't work for a long stay as kitchen in one of the bedrooms, as is the TV which due to basic nature only had two English news channels.
