Guests of this home are provided with one parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf and walking trails. Step inside and discover a thoughtfully designed home spread across 2 levels, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and create lasting memories without ever feeling crowded. As you enter, you'll find the heart of the home – the inviting and comfortable Living Area, thoughtfully designed for quality family time and relaxation. Sink into comfortable furniture and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Flat Screen TV. To one side of this space you will find a separate Dining Area, providing an elegant and dedicated area for enjoying family meals, playing board games, or simply sharing stories of your day's adventures. The Kitchen is located to the other side of the Living Area and is sure to be a delight for the chef in your family with Stainless Appliances, plenty of counter space and all the conveniences of home, prepping meals is sure to be a breeze!
