« Loved this gem in Berkeley!! Location was perfect. Just a quick ride from downtown Berkeley. We had an amazing view all the way out to the ocean, and this was especially wonderful at night when we were out on the deck in the hot tub. The home is dated but clean and has anything you would need. The appliances in the kitchen are “new retro” and in great shape. Communication with owner was perfect. The gated yard was great for our small dog. Enjoy! »

« I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future. »
