"The room was very clean. We stayed on 8th floor and internet was spotty it didn’t bother me but it bothered my 16 yr old grandson. Had free breakfast and it never changed for 3days ….. scrambled eggs sausage potatoes pancakes toast some kind of pastry not covered so that was hard and cereal 2 in a bowl you scoop out with a spoon. Don’t expect much out of breakfast. The staff is very nice. "

"I don't know where to start. There is virtually no parking for the hotel besides a cramped alleyway in which they tell you to ignore the do not park signs. The staff at night are very rude and could not provide any details about the cost of parking. Three trips from the elevator to the front desk we finally got a card to our room which worked. The room had a decent appearance except for the cockroaches and unfinished bathroom (door from missing showerhead not completely attached). "

"Floor smelt like smoke, could tell the staff tried to cover it up with spray. Breakfast staff incredibly rude. My 9 year old son had a soccer tournament in Newark, with an 8am game on Saturday morning. Wanted to grab him the buffett breakfast before leaving at 7. I was not planning on eating (need to eat with medication around 9), they wouldn’t let me even help him scoop his food if I didn’t pay. We were one of the first ones there, plenty of space. I wasn’t going to pay $20 just to sit at a table with him, so he sat alone to eat breakfast. Terrible service. "

"People very nice. This building must have been built in the 70’s. Remodels of older hotels often miss the mark. Still have spackled ceilings and bathroom needs fully refreshed. Exposed receptacles and ceiling wires exposed. Not up to snuff for a Hilton brand. "

"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

"Room was outdated. Wallpaper peeling in some areas. Found hair in the shower. Also beware there are hidden fees . It costs 20$ a day to park and there is a 50$ charge/hold added to your stay that is not including in the information on Expedia. The front desk blamed that information not being shared on Expedia . "
