This required us to change sleeping arrangements with the kids. The home advertised a hot tub and this was a primary reason we booked the property but it was unusable according to the host.Communication and thoroughness could be better.When asking for local bakery recommendations for a birthday cake I was given a place that was over 200 kilometers away. Mistakes happen and I was given some alternatives. When asking about the usability of the downstairs bedroom or the status of the hot tub after maintenance looked at it I wasn't given any clear answers. I expressed my disappointment to have rented a home and paid more based on two amenities that were not available to me for this stay but the hosts reply didn't address those concerns, ignoring this point all together. ##### Mike B.
