Very good hotel
Hotel is close to the airport. Staff were very helpfull. Room was convinience and had kettle and microwave oven in it. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options of cold and warm food.

No complaints
Good hotel, with adequate-sized and clean rooms. The bar area is pleasant and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is located two tram stops away from the airport, and about a half-hour tram journey into the city centre, however the trip is easy to navigate, and the hotel is a very short walk from the tram stop.

Very nice hotel and can easily access the subway to Bergen Center. Breakfast was very good with many options. Shuffleboard, pool table and darts available also. Nice bar

What a fantastic hotel. Great value, great food, extremely comfortable beds, lovely family room and so child-friendly. Two amazing playrooms and complementary ice cream on arrival. Staff lovely too Can't wait to stay here again. Feels strange saying that about an airport hotel!

The check in was very unfriendly! ( older lady telling me I was way too early and can’t expect any check in before 3:00 pm. I came back at 3:00 and she told me that I have to wait and she doesn’t know how long! )! We finally got checked in while she was complaining in Norwegian about me to her college. The night staff was super nice and helpful!

Would stay again
Not far from the airport which was great as my flight landed in the middle of the night and I didn't want to have to travel all the way into Bergen. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was polite and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was great, a huge selection of tasty food and drink. They area the hotel was in had an issue with the tap water not being drinkable whilst I stayed there (due to a water pipe breaking in the area, completely out of the hotels control), but they gave free bottle of water on check in and was boiled/filtered water available in the restaurant 10/10 would stay again

The girl at the desk who checked us in didn't really seem to know her job. The young, dark haired server in the restaurant was RUDE, and borderline hostile towards us. The menu options were VERY limited. She never told us the daily special. Our room did not have any towels-none whatsoever. No glasses or cups either. Their excuse was'housekeeping was in a hurry & must have missed those things.' How do you miss towels in a bathroom? Breakfast was mediocre. The items weren't clearly marked. Fire stairs used as smoking area.
I got a room facing towards fire stairs. The stairs were used by smokers and I felt as there was someone right outside my window all the time. This should be forbidden. Also the restaurant was a disappointment.

When I walked up to the front desk, I felt like the "Invisible Man". The lady behind the counter was on the phone and never acknowledged the fact that I was standing in front of her. She continued her phone call for some time and I finally walked away from the counter.

Room is adequate. Food below average. Chose this hotel as they had shuttle service to the airport which we confirmed the night before. When we were ready in the morning to leave at 8am we were told for the first time that the last shuttle left at 6:15am. Had to pay for a cab. Not happy.

Hotel is new, clean, comfortable and close to the airport. Parking is plentiful and free however there is no public transportation access or shuttle to the airport. Also no business center or access to printer to get boarding passes although they will print them for you at the front desk if you email them. Staff is pleasant and helpful, breakfast plentiful and facilities in good condition.

We do have a shuttle in the morning hours to the the airport on weekdays. You are correct we do not have a business center and we are happy to print boarding passes in our reception. Just a small tip to travelers; most airlines flying out of Bergen have stopped using printed boarding passes and you can use QR codes on your mobile to check-in to the plane.
