The location was good since it was in the centre of Bergamo but the rooms weren't ideal for 5 people. Furthermore there wasn't anyone to ask something.

Stayed one night only. Me, my wife and our son. Apartment itself is nice, but! The worst thing is not the broken bed, because of which we had a terrible night ever could imagine. We were dumbed by the owner of the property customer treatment! We did not find any understanding, empathy and support, and even were accused in rules of stay breaking, late check out (10 minutes later). Plus we have to, by the owner words: "make our complaints to those, who did it (destroyed the bed)". What??? Never had found such kind of hospitality! Strongly do not recommend to stay in VIP Bergamo Apartments!

Absence absolue de service, cata totale.

A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas faite (cf la photo). Quasi impossible de contacter le service client. Heureusement, une fois le service enfin contacté une femme de chambre est venue préparer notre chambre. Par ailleurs sur le site hotels.com j'avais spécifiquement demandé une chambre avec sdb privée et notre chambre avait une sdb partagée (10 euros plus cher). Bref l'enfer. Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses et l'immeuble est bien situé. C'est ce qui arrive quand on offre un service sans aucun être humain avec qui échanger, ça finit par capoter.. (les clés sont dans une boîte au lettre à l'arrivée etc.) Et pour ne rien gâcher, notre mail de réclamation est toujours sans réponse.

Di per sé la camera è stata come me l'aspettavo: pulita, comoda, ecc. L'affaccio sulla strada pedonale molto frequentata non favorisce certo il silenzio, ma la cosa non è stata particolarmente drammatica: insomma, piuttosto nella norma. Quello che mi ha davvero stupito negativamente è che ho segnalato il non funzionamento del wi-fi a tutti i numeri di telefono che mi erano stati forniti e non dico che il problema sia stato risolto, ma non ho proprio neanche avuto una qualsiasi risposta, neanche un semplice "grazie della segnalazione ma non riusciamo a intervenire tempestivamente", o qualsiasi cosa. Sono stato bellamente ignorato (nonostante prima dell'arrivo i contatti ci fossero stati regolarmente): il silenzio assoluto, sia la sera in cui me ne sono accorto che il giorno dopo, alla partenza (anche un semplice sms successivo per dimostrare di aver recepito la segnalazione mi sarebbe sembrato un segno minimo di educazione e dialogo positivo con il cliente).

If you want the room you paid for? Not here.

My reservation was cancelled without any notice. As I learned later the root cause was overbooking. Unpleasant staff didn’t try even to apologize for the incovenience caused by their mistake. They simply disconnected after the question about possible solutions.

Laut!

Das Appartement ist groß, gutausgestattet und sauber. Allerdings haben die Fenster keinen deutschen Standard i.S. Dichtungen. Deshalb hört man nachts den Verkehrslärm extrem, wenn man hier empfindsam ist. Ab 5:30 Uhr morgens fahren die Busse "durch das Schlafzimmer".

Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in einem Apartment mit drei erwachsenen und einem Kind, alles war super, sauber und mit den Late Check in hat alles super geklappt! Ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen das war auch toll und direkt in der Stadt mit leckeren Bäckereien fürs Frühstück und Restaurants zum Essen, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder;) Lieben Gruß
