« Établissement bien place près d'une gare de train satellite de Konstanz, bien tenu. Check-in un peu froid. Nous avons dormi au calme ce qui est le plus important. Petit déjeuner agréable et qui serait parfait si le personnel avait un peu le sourire. Offres de restauration autour de l'hôtel intéressantes et pour tous les budgets. Centre ville de Konstanz accessible à pied via la passerelle ou avec la ligne de bus urbain n°6\. »
