There is a lovely bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm). A dressing area with a vanity and a bathroom with an 80x80cm shower, sink, and toilet complete the ground floor. Outside, under a pergola, you'll find garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool (12m x 4m, gradually deepening to 2m) which is chlorine-treated and open from April to October. The pool is secured by an alarm and is shared with another cottage (24G10693) and the owners. The property includes approximately 1 hectare of unfenced land. You can unload your belongings in front of the cottage, and there is private parking 50m away. A washing machine is shared with another cottage in an outdoor area. Nestled in a protected natural setting, this charming cottage for two welcomes you to Berbiguières, a lovely village in the Périgord Noir region. Surrounded by woods, it offers a rejuvenating natural environment, ideal for a romantic getaway. You'll be captivated by its spacious rooms, half-timbered walls, and terrace opening onto nature. The shared swimming pool promises moments of pure relaxation. Nearby attractions include the famous castles of Beynac and Castelnaud, the Marqueyssac Gardens, the fortified town of Domme, the Château des Milandes (former home of Josephine Baker), the Dordogne Valley, and the renowned medieval town of Sarlat with its bustling market. It's also an ideal starting point for hiking, canoeing, and cultural excursions. This cottage is ideally located for fully enjoying the Dordogne's many attractions. Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot, high chair. The cottage is only open from June to the end of September as there is no heating.
