The camper has two bedrooms and sleeps 7\. It is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dual kitchen sinks, Heater, AC, shower, small tub, toilet, TV, wifi, queen size bed, bunkbeds, table bed, hide a bed couch, dining table, chairs and stools. Everything was clean and functional. The kids talked us into trying out the hot tub, and it was nice We loved our time here and all want to come back. Communication was quick and easy, and Scott was very understanding and helpful with a problem we had during our stay (our problem, not his!). The RV was exactly as expected from the listing. Location felt very safe. It was nice having 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the RV. The kids enjoyed their beds, and our bed was comfy as well. Necessary amenities were provided in the kitchen. Bathroom towels were soft and fluffy. Only downside was that the AC was a window unit in the main room, and it was 80 degrees inside when we arrived. The place didn't really cool off till the middle of the night. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs! ##### Karen N. We came in late and in the rain so no chance for a fire. The fire pit was pretty minimal and full of leaves anyway. The camper was clean, but there was confusion on our arrival and we were surprised to find someone inside stripping the beds. Quick fix, but then it made me question if it was cleaned between stays. The camper has had a few updates, but it’s starting to show it’s age. There is a leak in the bedroom slide out that needs addressing. Overall it was fine for the night and met my expectations.
