Sehr freundlicher erster und zweiter Kontakt bei der Ankunft. Alles ist aufs Minimalste reduziert. Die Möblierung, das persönliche Engagement, vor allem beim Frühstück. Das gesamte Ensemble in Bezug auf Service, Essen, Einrichtung, Gartenanlage ist ganz weit weg von Luxus, alles aufs äußerst Notwendige beschränkt. Aale höflich und somit unantastbar, aber weit weg von beherbergen und umsorgen. Eigentlich sehr schade. Und der fehlende Stolz zum Arbeitsplatz wurde einem deutlich aufgezeigt im Prunksaal, der alles andere war als liebevoll, stolz und gepflegt. Das machten einem die äußerst schmutzigen Fenster deutlich. Es wird an allem gespart und belanglos. Wirklich schade.

Die Lage, ausserhalb von Wismar. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse und daher ruhig gelegen. Das Schloss hat einen anliegenden kleine Park. Die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant geht ins grüne und ist sehr idyllisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet und funktional, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

For the price that we paid it should have been a five star. It Waqas more like a 3 star. The food in the restaurant was ok. Nothing to rave about. I alway head that staying in a castle was amazing well this was just ok. Kind Regards, Suzy

Kundenzufriedenheit steht ganz oben auf der Agenda

Direkt nach der Buchung rief mich eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin des Hotels an und informierte mich darüber, dass während meines Aufenthaltes das Restaurant leider Ruhetag habe. Nach der Ankunft hat man mir entsprechende andere Restaurants empfohlen. Insgesamt ist man sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem netten Personal. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. Der Wellness Bereich ist schön und ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Saunen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, sowie auch das Abendessen. Das Schloss liegt in einer ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal diese Unterkunft besuchen.
