Great location for guests wanting to spend their days walking to Crystal Bridges Museum,or shredding some "Techgnar",this house has you sandwiched in the middle of All American trail system, and the entire diverse Bentonville MTB & walking trails. The Space: This 5 bedroom beautiful space is designed to be enjoyable and relaxing after a day of adventures! Whether it's an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king bed, tv, and sitting chairs. There are 3 more rooms on the ground floor. Two of the rooms have Queen beds, one has a full size bed, and 2 bathrooms between them. There are no tv's in these rooms. There is a bonus room upstairs with 2 twin beds as well as a pull-out bed. We have several games up there along with a tv and planetarium to be enjoyed at night for a unique experience. Guest Access: You will be able to access the entire house and yard except for 3 locked closets and 1 locked cabinet. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use. There is an extra $15 charge for propane. Please let me know if you plan to use the grill while you're there. The Neighborhood: We are close to all that Downtown Bentonville and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We are also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops! Some of our favorite restaurants include Conifer- An entirely gluten free top of the line restaurant with James Beard nominee chef! Reserve your table ahead of time, sometimes they book up! The pet fee is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet. Our family stayed here and it was perfect. The neighborhood was great, the house had the perfect amount of space for our family to spread out and it was well stocked. It was super convenient to all of the wedding festivities which were in downtown Bentonville.....literally 5-6 minutes away. I also requested a little bit of a later checkout on Sunday knowing that we'd not be getting home until late Saturday night and they were able to accommodate us... it made the morning after much easier! We also appreciated the thoughtful toiletry amenity kits, the great smart TV for relaxing in the evenings, and an attentive host who was always available for any questions. Everyone was very comfortable in this home. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of nice bath towels! Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood near trails, Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, and the Bentonville Square, with easy access to I-49\. The property manager is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! My only recommendation to make this home extra-special is to clean up the landscaping. We would have loved to have explored the pathways nearby but it was too hot during out stay. Next time we will need to come when there is not a heat wave so we can enjoy the nearby outdoors better.Checkin was simple and communication with the management company was easy.The property has a kitchen furnished with everything you could possibly need. The layout is open which allows for interaction. The main bedroom is separate from the others, which worked out beautifully for us since we were traveling with some smaller children who needed their own quiet sleeping space.My grandchildren (3 5, 7) loved the upstairs twin bed/play area. The toys available made it special for them.I highly recommend this property for a family stay. The only negative I see is that the landscaping (which looked like it was beautiful at one time) was quite overgrown. There was an issue with our original rental of this property, but the host immediately took care of it — moved us to a similar house they run, which was an upgrade, covered everything, no upsell, and even gave us a gift card to Peddler’s for dinner. They really went above and beyond.The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a big group. The garage is fully set up for mountain bikes, with stands, tons of plugs for charging eMTBs, and plenty of space to work.
