Located in the heart of Bentonville, our home is only 1 mile from Downtown Bentonville, 2 miles to Crystal Bridges & The Momentary, and only 1 block to hop on the Razorback Greenway - NWA's premier MTB bike trails. At home, enjoy amenities for up to 8 guests in our 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a private backyard including a grill and seating. The Space: Highlights: ★ 1 mile from Downtown Bentonville! ★ 2 miles to Crystal Bridges and the Momentary! ★ 1 block to Razorback Greenway Trail- NWA's premier biking, running and walking path. ★ MTB-friendly - access to bike trail system nearby! ★ Cozy living space with a large Smart TV! ★ Dining table for 8. ★ Sleeps 8! King bed, Queen bed, Queen size bunk beds. ★ Patio with BBQ grill and seating. ★ Fully fenced-in backyard. ★ Washer and dryer available for guest use. ★ Pet-friendly with a small fee. When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating. In-between the living area and kitchen is a large dining table for 8 guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked good, or just a great cup of coffee. Spend time outside in the private fully fenced backyard with a grill and seating. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three bedrooms: (1) First bedroom - King size bed, a Smart TV, closet, nearby vanity/desk, and a close bathroom. (2) Second bedroom - Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) Third bedroom - a bunk bed with two Queen size mattress, a closet, and a nearby bathroom. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The Neighborhood: Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Getting Around: Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer! Other Things to Note: \- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. \- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. \- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. \- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. \- This is a non-smoking home.
