It is close to everything you want to see and do. It is just minutes to many biking trails, sights and restaurants. We brought 4 bikes, so the full garage was nice to store them in when we were out doing other things. We also had a dog with us, so the backyard was great with plenty of grass, and it is fully fenced in. It's a pleasant house in a quiet neighborhood and the manager is easy to work with.
