During your stay, enjoy a state-of-the-art space! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay for up to 10 people. The Space: Highlights: ★ 0.5 mile from the Razorback Greenway - NWA's premier biking, running and walking path. ★ 0.5 miles from Slaughter Pen Trail! ★ 0.6 mile from Downtown Bentonville - easily walkable! ★ 2-mile drive/0.4 mile walk from Crystal Bridges and the Momentary! ★ MTB-friendly - all of the Bentonville trails are easily accessible from the house. ★ Newly built with modern details and amenities ★ Open concept living, kitchen and dining area. ★ Sleeps 10! ★ 5 beds - (1) King (2) King (3-4) Two Twin Bunk Beds (4) Queen ★ Heated floors in the primary bathroom. ★ Patio with outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, small grass space, and a privacy fence. ★ Fully equipped laundry room. ★ Board games and playing cards provided. ★ Kid-friendly - Pack \`n Play and Children’s dinnerware are available. ★ Parking for up to 4 cars, including 2 in garage. When you enter our home, you'll immediately enter into our open concept living room. This has to be our favorite spot in the house with its natural wood finishes, cozy seating, gas fireplace, and access to our fenced in patio. In the living area, you'll find a comfy oversized chaise sofa, comfy leather lounge chair, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV and our stunning electric fireplace. The perfect place to relax after your day on the town. In between the living room and kitchen area, you'll see our oval, 6-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal and conversation with the crew. Past the dining area, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with ample amenities - everything needed to cook or bake your favorite dishes - and brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, combination single serve / drip coffee pot and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of our kitchen, you'll see our large island, which hosts our sink and three barstools. At the end of the day, settle into one of our five luxury beds. Upstairs: (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, 2 closets, a dresser, lounge chair, a 60-inch Smart TV, and a HUGE en suite bath with heated floors and dual shower head walk-in shower. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby bath. (3-4) Our third bedroom has two Twin-size bunk beds- sleeping 4 people total, a closet, and a nearby bath. Downstairs: (5) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, desk area, closet, and nearby bath. Through the sliding glass doors in our living room, you'll see our patio area. This space is fenced in and features a large outdoor dining table and a grill to take the party outside and getting some fresh air. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there is a doorbell camera on the front door for the security of the home. Other Things to Note: ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: \- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. \- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. Home sleeps 3 couples and has a bedroom that has 4 bunk beds for kids. Couple of suggestions, family room needs more seating to match number of people the home sleeps, kitchen is light on amenities but has what is critical.
