We used to live in NWA and this is one of our favorite parts of the area. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The townhouse / condo was in great condition and very clean. Efficient functionality and comfortable accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Private bathrooms for each bedroom and an additional 1/2 bath in the main area was very convenient. The quite location of the building was fantastic, easily accessible from the highway and within close proximity to downtown Bentonville which is full of great eateries and shops we were able to explore. Just down the street is a great crepe and coffee shop. We chose to stay here for it's convenience to Rogers, AR and Eureka Springs for the Bikes, Blues and Barbeque motorcycle fest. The listing stated there was a king bed which there definitely was not and also stated there was a nice balcony city view and there definitely was not. There was a small balcony but the view was directly at another unit. The kitchen area was nice and had everything that we needed. I will say though that the kitchen and living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. If there’s a rainy day and you want to stay inside and watch TV you will not be comfortable in the living room chairs or couch. ##### Magen C.
