The Space: This condo is within a 4 plex building that is divided into four separate / private 650 square feet units. If you choose to rent all four units, it is perfect for large groups who want privacy, but also want to be close to their travel companions. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property. This was such a wonderful place to stay! The management was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking or biking distance. It was less than 2 miles from there, and less than 2 miles from everywhere else (downtown, restaurants, other hiking)! The pictures are very accurate. It was very clean, modern, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the welcome bottle of Josh and the Starbucks coffee. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook breakfast. The towels were very fluffy. The electronic lock on the door was very easy to use and made us feel secure. The shower worked well, had plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was very roomy. Our only disappointment was that the bed was extremely hard and sloped down to the center. We tried all levels of adjustment on the air chambers using the remote, but the mattress was just too hard. We have the same air chamber bed at home, with the same remote. Also, the pillows would have been fine as shams, but not supportive enough to sleep on. However, the sheets and blankets were soft and nice. Thank you to our host, as we really enjoyed our trip. ##### Bobra B.
