The house offers plenty of space, is located right on the Greenway, and has a neighborhood pickleball court, all of which we utilized. We didn't try out the pool, though the neighborhood clubhouse and pool looked brand new and quite nice. The drive to downtown Bentonville is very short. The downtown shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive. Wi-Fi access perfect for work or to access your favorite streaming service. Very nice pool and clubhouse. Great grill at the home patio or by the pool for burgers and steaks. Host was very responsive and followed up to ensure our comfort shortly after arrival and check-out.
