Summary:  
Welcome to The Funky Farmhouse, a bold and beautifully quirky retreat nestled just outside Bentonville. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath modern farmhouse features a pool, game room, fire pit, and sunset views that steal the show. Designed for families, groups, and weekend adventurers, it’s a playful escape with upscale comforts and plenty of space to roam, indoors and out.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to Funky Farmhouse, your spirited getaway just minutes from Bentonville, where style, personality, and wide-open skies meet. Tucked into the scenic countryside, this one-of-a-kind property was made for memory-making, group gatherings, and sun-drenched afternoons by the pool.  
  
Inside, you’ll find four king bedrooms, each outfitted with plush bedding, smart TVs, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. Three full bathrooms (including one ensuite) offer plenty of space for your group, complete with essentials and a soaking tub for a bit of indulgence. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a 65-inch smart TV and comfy furnishings perfect for movie marathons or rainy-day lounging.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked for serious cooks and casual grazers alike, with a Cuisinart coffee maker, wine glasses, and all the tools you need to make dinner, or s'mores. Kids and adults alike will love the game room, complete with board games, books, and cozy reading nooks. For creative fun, head to the whiteboard in the “she shed”, a great place for an impromptu game of Pictionary or letting the little ones play.  
  
Outside is where the magic unfolds. Step into the backyard to discover the expansive patio and private pool, complete with outdoor dining space, BBQ grill, and cozy fire pit. The sunsets? They’re legendary, especially when photobombed by “Donnie Dooper,” the propane tank with his own hashtag (#donniedooperozsunset). Catch deer crossing the neighboring field, sip wine under a sky full of fireflies, or pick apples from the backyard tree in late summer.  
  
With space to spread out, corners to curl up, and a joyful personality all its own, Funky Farmhouse is the kind of place where inside jokes are born, slow mornings turn into fun-filled days, and memories are made to last a lifetime.  
  
Seasonal Pool Update:  
Please note that the pool is closed for the season starting October 30 and will reopen around Spring Break. If you have any questions about pool availability, feel free to message us.

This area offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, ideal for those seeking tranquility with easy proximity to shopping, events, and cultural spots. Whether you're visiting for business, biking, or a family escape, you'll love returning to this peaceful home base after a day of exploration.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Nothing ruins a getaway like a rushed Sunday morning. Sleep in, sip your coffee, or hit the trails one last time, because Pink Door is a vibe, and early Sunday checkouts are not it. Enjoy a complimentary noon checkout on Sundays!  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Pink Door BnB is available 8 am - 5 pm for all non-emergency requests and extended hours for emergencies.
