These are full size suites with separate living areas and bedrooms. I also love that the windows open so you can get fresh air. The beds are very comfortable and you can’t beat the warm cookies.

Excellent staff who make sure you have what you need. Breakfast is very tasty. On a busy road so entering or exiting can be a challenge during peak traffic times.

The desk staff greeted us and were so helpful and friendly. They of course offered us a warm cookie that was so a nice treat after a long day of travel.

The hotel was great, however the other guests were not. We had to complain because the people in the next room were jumping on the bed and it literally sounded like a heard of elephants. It was a young baseball team.

Airport shuttle?????
Everything was great except you advertise an airport shuttle and they came to pick us up at the airport with no problems but get a return was impossible and had to hire an Uber at $45. The reason we chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle.

Great hotel in a convenient location for a couple of nights getaway in Bentonville. Stayed in a 2-queen suite, which was great for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We ordered dinner at the bistro, and the burgers & salad were good. All the staff were very kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. Thank you for a great stay, DoubleTree!
