We parked the car for our entire stay! Our visit began as a business trip for my husband as he was attending meetings at 21C and the Bentonville Bike Fest. We brought our 12, 10 & 3 year old boys to join in on the fun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents and STR’s. Everyone is very friendly! The waffle, coffee & tea bar was such an added bonus. We brought bikes for our visit but there were 2 Strider balance bikes provided in the garage for little ones, a bike stand and tool kit. The garage was incredible to be able to park our car in and store our bikes. The house is an oasis. Close enough to walk to town, but also tucked away. We were able to access the tech hub trails directly behind the house which is amazing. This is the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our dogs loved the back deck. The waffles are such a great surprise! Beautiful property. Waffle bar & coffe provided was a great and easy breakfast. Kids love the hot tub, even in summer as it was a cool off tub. They have thought of everything here. Very clean. Coffee and waffle bar we're a nice touch for the morning. Private yard with putting green and games kept the younger ones entertained. It’s clean almost like it’s brand new. The hose is more than adequately stocked for your stay and biking needs. The neighborhood is super close to downtown to easily enjoy the restaurants, shops and bars ibut also situated in a quite relaxing, neighborhood. Most VRBO don't have coffee, yet this place has two types of coffee available, several nice k-cup as well as pour over. Most places I wouldn't even use pre-opened consumables such as the coffee, but this place was spotless so no worry to feel at home. I saw no negative signs of a dog such as stains and/or hairs. Soap, cleaning supplies and all is plentiful to use. This is a clean place and enjoyable stay. Trails are feet away from the house, but they are not easily hike-able as they are mountain bike trails with very steep berms. Down to the waffle/coffee/tea station & fun family games to conveniences for our furry friend, John made sure our stay was comfortable & unique. It was chilly during our stay, so the fireplace was a big hit. If we had time, we would have liked to enjoy the firepit in the yard, next time for sure! Super convenient to downtown Bentonville & bike/hike trails. This home was clean & stylishly decorated, we are sure to stay here again. Pictures and description accurately depict this rental, stay here, you won't be disappointed. John has thought of every detail to make sure your stay is wonderful.
