Please take them off at the front. 6) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 7) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay 8) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay. 9) Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM 10) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night 11) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. Don’t have mail delivered at this address. \*We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. \*Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only \*Please be aware the unit being in the state of Arkansas there may be pests like roaches, ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Note: As Arkansas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may not work properly, but the building complex is working on it. On arrival the Apartment/Town House looked as the pictures depicted it to be. We used it essentially for a place to sleep. However, there is a small kitchen space if your wanting to cook your own meals. There is also a Walmart just down the street. It's a convenient location to all the Trails & Museum's in Bentonville. About a 10 to 20 minute drive from these locations & Downtown. The cleanliness of the property was nice minus a few things. Parking was wherever you found a spot due to the property having a Fire Lane in front of it. Noise was at a bare minimum if you sleep in the back bedroom. But not so much if you're sleeping in the front bedroom. Neighbor's were noisy during sleeping hours on week nights. We stayed the night's of Mon, Tues & Wed.I received text/emails from the property Host's well after we left. But we did leave well before the 10am checkout time. Make sure to check every text/email from property manager's upon leaving. If you stay pass 10am there's a big charge .Other issue's with the property were minimum as there was no broom & dustpan. Found screw in the carpet of front bedroom with my barefoot on the first night. Because you're required to not wear your shoes inside the property. If you are on the taller side. The showerhead will hit in the chest so keep that in mind. There is a back patio, however there's no chairs to sit on.A suggestion is to have a lamp near a sofa so one could read!Still a nice place to hold down the fort. ##### Joshua S.
