Bentonville is a city in Arkansas. It's known as the birthplace of the retailer Walmart. Downtown’s Walmart Museum includes founder Sam Walton’s original five-and-dime store.  
  
The warm and cozy getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list spread over two inviting stories. This cozy, fully private 2B only 3 minutes away from local shopping, major freeways, excellent restaurants, and exciting entertainment attractions. Stylish broadloom carpet extend throughout the entire apartment. Conveniently located in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. This 2B features 2 Queen Bed, coffee maker and microwave. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and AC. The location is super close to all that Bentonville and Centerton has to offer. We also have great amenities for your furry companions, and they are welcomed as family in our pet-friendly community.

Once you are ready to relax, retreat to the comfy apt. This space is less than 24 mins driving away from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport, XNA.

House Rules:  
  
1) NO smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.  
2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in before 12PM it will be $100 and after 12PM it will be $50, please let us know 24hrs in advance otherwise the cost is double the price without sufficient notice.  
3)We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $100; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $450.  
4) The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.  
5) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.  
6) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.  
7) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay  
8) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay.  
9) Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM  
10) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night  
11) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!  
12\. Do not wash hair down the drain.  
13\. We require a $150 security deposit  
14\. There is a $150 charge for losing key fob.  
15\. For stays 28 nights or longer an extra cleaning fee per month.  
16\. Don’t have mail delivered at this address.  
  
  
  
\*We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.  
  
\*Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only  
  
\*Please be aware the unit being in the state of Arkansas there may be pests like roaches, ants, flies, beetles, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.  
  
  
Note: As Arkansas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may not work properly, but the building complex is working on it.  
  
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as noise detector inside the property.

Check in process was not smooth at all and messed up my evening plans even though I communicated to the host that I needed all check in documents sent to me that morning before my arrival. Even though I did this, the host did not send me any of the documents I needed. I reached out at 3:45pm, letting them know I didn’t have the check in information, and the host acted like I was in the wrong and made me fill out agreements and disclosures and wait for them to “review” before I could check in. At this point, I was running behind on my plans because the host was not on top of things and didn’t check in at all. Later that evening, when I was finally able to check in, things were not clean. The bathroom was gross and had waste in the toilet from someone else. I had to clean the bathroom to make it usable for my spouse. Was not at all what i expect to do when taking a trip and really tainted the stay. Beyond that, I was constantly being texted and emailed inconsistent instructions and had my stay interrupted by a maintenance worker needing access to the unit. I was in the middle of a work meeting and had to be interrupted to let in the worker banging on the front door so he could lay out roach baits in the kitchen and laundry area. The guest wifi was also unusable and I had to hotspot in the entire time for anything work related as it wasn’t strong enough to load basic email. The location is good, but unfortunately everything else was a miss for me and I would not return.

#### Lovely, well appointed home away from home.

We were in town for Bikefest. This clean, quiet, and comfortable condo/townhome was the perfect place to relax after a long day of shredding trails. It even had a nice fenced off area where we could park and lock our bikes. The property host was responsive and helpful with questions and concerns, and expectations were clear and reasonable. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

The property is convenient to downtown, was mostly clean, but the townhouse complex is not attractive. If you just need a place to crash at night after a day of riding, it's great. If you want to experience the cool parts of Bentonville, this isn't it. But it's pretty cheap and overall it's a good value.
