I was so pleased when we arrived to see this hotel was updated and extremely clean. The front desk and the dining staff were excellent. The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but with more options with additional condiments that made it pleasant.
The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely would not go during the motorcycle event again because it was pretty loud.
I also wish that they used little bottles of shampoo and soap because we did not want to use the big bottles in the shower for sanitary reasons.
Otherwise, it wasnt a decent stay.
Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. One suggestion if you are going to have a kitchen with pots and pans, get sheet pans for guests so they can cook things in the oven. We stayed in Residence Inns our entire 3 week vacation and this was the only one without sheet pans for cooking. I didn't inquire with staff and was told they don't have those. Otherwise, wonderful stay.
Very clean, very quiet, breakfast was very good: sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal,,waffle maker with lots of toppings, plus fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice dispenser had quality juice. Highly recommend.
Check was fast and easy. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good. Even though the hotel was almost full, it was very quiet and peaceful.
Beautiful room and very quiet. The staff was friendly and professional.

Everything was blah and the suit was way too small for six people (2 bed room suit) we were very cramped.
Everything was just not kept up a light kept turning off even tho no one was touching it the sofa had a hole in the cushion, the bath tub had a big chunk broken out of the porcelain, the carpet was old a worn, the shower drain was slow.

Dated, worn, unclean.
The hotel is worn and dated. The room was not clean. The sheets had several stains on them. I stayed two nights and housekeeping didn’t refresh the room during my stay. Tge front desk service wasn't great, but it was ok. I would not stay here again.
I reserved a room got confirmation and when I got there to check in did not have a room and confirmation said I was gaurrteed a room that was a lie never go back liars

We had rotten food in the sink and when we turned on the garbage disposal it churned ip the spoiled food and smelled throughout our room our entire stay. As a result if this we had nats everywhere in our room

I think the breakfast should last longer to be considerate of travelers. I was traveling from a different time zone with a 1am landing flight, so I couldn't wake up in time to enjoy it.

This was a pretty run down room. The toilet ran every twenty seconds and the beds were not comfortable. I don’t recommend going with children. It’s says it sleeps 4 but the pullout bed was so bad my kids slept on the couch without pulling out the bed. The pots and pans are aluminum and hard to cook with. But there was a real coffee pot which we enjoyed. It was not the most relaxing space but we made it work.
Fridge and kitchen stuff was a little dated but the room was clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and it was right in the middle of great eating and shopping. Also pretty much 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do and either Rogers or Bentonville.

The only not great thing to say was I wish they had automatic doors for the lobby. That was the only not pleasant thing is when I had to open the door and pull my luggage at same time. Great location great place
