We checked in about 5:00PM and went to our son's house for the evening. We returned about 9:30 PM only to find that the heater was not working. The young lady from the front desk tried to get it working but was not successful. She moved us to an adjoining room and we spent the remaining time in the new room.

Old despite the remodeling. Staff wasn’t overly informative of the amenities just hand us the room keys. Breakfast was not great. Everything was out or watery. Worked ok for getting there at 8pm and leaving at 7am

We stayed in the “suite” which big but very outdated. Many of the electrical outlets and lights did not work. The remotes to the tv did not work. It was very affordable which was nice.

Tried to check in early they wouldn’t allow even though I requested it It was extremely hot is it did not work. Definitely not worth the price. Should have stayed in somewhere else.

We were there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels and the trash was piled up. Only one trash can. Light in bathroom had no cover and it was filthy.

This was our 2nd stay at this location, we were here last Jan. This time the room we got had a few issues, the handle on the outside of our door was loose, the fridge was very unbalanced, the light fixture in the bathroom looked like it was in the middle of a repair. I know this is just little things but the just felt like they were overlooked details. I would stay at this location again, just hope the details are better taken care of.

Meh.
Hotel is just OK. Dated, but mostly clean. No bugs. We were there 3 nights and asked to have the room cleaned and towels replaced. That didn't happen and they were out of clean towels. Good thing we had hung up our used towels...Many smokers outside every evening. Impossible for smoke smell to not filter into the rooms through the A/C.

Broken toilet seat. The room wasn’t cleaned. Found hair on shower wall and on bed. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean our own room. The building Photos taken wasn’t what it seemed.

If it wasn’t for the arguing people in the room next to us, it probably would’ve been better but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was decent, coffee was great. Beds were clean and comfy. They need to replace the curtains and carpet but overall a decent night stay.

Check in took longer than expected due to the clerk being on the phone between a customer and his GM because of a broken shower...the rooms are not very clean and The safety lock was busted on one of the rooms. No elevator.

We arrived at 3 PM for check-in. And was told that the room was not ready that we would have to check back in an hour or so to see when it would be ready. We received no notification that it would not be ready at 3 o’clock and it was a disappointment. And it made us late for our scheduled concert that night because of the delay.
