College kids in the room next to me and kept me up all night. Other college kids running up and down screaming until 1:30 am in the hall. Coffee maker broken, refrigerator was broken and toliet overflowed.

Room was near elevator, very small elevator. Needless to say it was noisy early in the mornings. That's attributed to thoughtless guests, not the property.

I was going to spend 3 nights and left after two nights because the cleanliness and service was so bad. After each night I asked that my room be serviced with fresh towels. I reminded the front desk to service my room, and it was never done. I was charged for a night that I did not stay because of their bad service. I will never stay it one of their properties again. I contacted the hotel about the charge and never heard back from the manager.

The room itself appeared clean. Property and location good for short stay. Check in staff friendly and accommodating. The bed sheets need to be replaced. Bottom sheet terribly pilled and felt like sand paper. Pillows are no longer pillows. The 1st floor room and door to busy hallway has NO insulation. My bed might as well have been in hallway. Did not sleep.

Neither the website nor the check in clerk mentioned the pool being closed. After choosing this hotel for its indoor pool, this was very disappointing to us and our granddaughter. The trip was planned for her to swim. When told by clerk the health department shut it down because of chlorine use instead of something else we wondered why it wasn’t corrected immediately or the website changed mentioning closed pool. Next, the sprinklers leave troughs of water in the parking lot. But your staff was helpful during breakfast and kept area clean. I won’t stay here again though. And I’ll call facilities direct to be sure of amenities.

My bathroom had mildew around the tile edge all the way around the perimeter of the bathroom. Floor tiles cracked and popping in front of the sink and toilet. This property as a whole seems to have a problem with the windows in the rooms closing. We were unable to close ours do to it being off track. Others condensated from being open. Not a good thing at all!

The staff was very friendly. The building itself is VERY run down and despite multiple “no smoking” signs, the elevator, hallways and room all smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Some areas Are being renovated, but this doesn’t account for the stench of cigarettes. After checking in I notified the front desk there was no hand soap in the bathroom and was told they were out so I bought my own from the nearby Target.

This is a relatively new property and it felt new and squeaky clean. It is located close to our family; very convenient; close to good restaurant's. (Chey's was a big treat). Parking was ideal; pool was clean and inviting and the free breakfast looked yummy, however, we joined family for this meal each day.

Vagrants in and around property. Wife and daughter traveling alone and didn't feel safe. Check in clerk couldn't have been less helpful. Dog damage to furniture in the room. Will not stay here again.

There is some work going on outside but there isn't any noise and you don't notice it. The rooms are nice and clean. They even give you dove products in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Aside from there was no Shampoo and housekeeping (reason for 4 stars), everything was great during our stay. Staff tried to make everything right and I appreciate it. Our room was clean and spacious.

The only complaint I have is there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Which the person at the front desk had said they were completely out of shampoo.

We arrived on site and the desk clerk was playing on his computer. He gave looks to me as if I was bothering him to get checked in. Then the room he gave us was dirty and trashed. Then I came down to tell him and he looked so inconvenienced to have to get up and change rooms. He never apologized or even spoke after I mentioned it to him. Every question I asked him he had was rude.

The property was well kept, but needs minor cosmetic updates. The front desk staff needs to be retrained on speaking and being friendly to guests. The breakfast was we’ll maintained by the staff member over it. Housekeeping staff was great! Great location but very busy as well! Plenty of dining options and shopping nearby! Restaurants we’re in walking distance!
