This place has NO amenities. Theres no ice machine for guests. Front desk simply said “there are ice trays in your freezer, which was not helpful in our situation. There’s a bar of soap in the bathroom, that’s it (besides TP), not even tissues. There’s no coffee pot, no blow dryer, and nothing in the kitchenette (silverware, cups, etc.). You cannot reach the front desk after 9pm unless it’s a maintenance emergency. We stay at hotels quite often. This place was C.H.E.A.P. (You get what you pay for), but Will never stay at one of these again. I don’t like Super 8’s either but that would’ve been much better than here. You’ve been warned.

It was an average place to stay. A little hard to find. The entry to the hotel/parking lot was on a side street. No signs on the main street saying turn here.

The building and room smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though No Smoking in the rooms was agreed to, emphasized and enforced, our bathroom reeked like an ashtray. The room was basically clean but the bathroom was not. I wiped down and scrubbed the toilet myself. No major problems and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pictures are misleading because there is no breakfast. I did see one review that specifically said they had breakfast and there is a picture of breakfast on expedia. The first check-in lady was great but when we couldnt access the side door we were greeting with a lady who didnt appear to ha e any motivation to try and solve the problem or even apologize. When she came out of the office she actually just looked at us and didnt say anything. There wasnt really a cleab place that you went in there. Overall i had a bed to sleep in and could see my car but i will never stay here or an extended stay again.

The room and entire floor smelled of smoke and bad food. It felt very unsafe in the parking lot with several people gathered in the corner where there were no lights. There was no remote for the TV, shampoo, hair dryer. Only a bar of soap. It was just a bad overall experience. Price was increased because of football game that made it even worse.

Worst Ever
Always had good experiences with extended stays until this one. Firstly, no front desk attendant on arrival. Elevator was out of service. Stairwell had trash and reeked. Hallway was filthy. The room was poorly stocked. Carpet stained, rusty appliances, room smelled and beds were much smaller than advertised.

Desk area smelled like smoke, there is no breakfast as advertised. Hallways and elevator floors are filthy. Furniture in room was worn and torn. Bed sheets were scratchy. Room was heavily cleaned with bleach (probably not diluted) our eyes, throat, and nose burned. Floor was sticky. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Housekeeper was friendly.Dirty folded towel in bathroom. Property has potential to be better.

Hotel was secluded in a very dark area with freeway right on back side. Initial thought was that this place is unsafe…. Several men hanging out in dark parking lot with very suspicious man and lady standing at entrance smoking. Entering the hotel the lobby was dim lit and front desk had meter gate closed down over it. No one to check us in. The couple we passed outside came in lobby and told us office was closed even though sign said 10pm and it was only a little after 9pm. They said we have to call for attendant so we did several times and no answer. This place we found out later ( it’s not listed as such) is a permanent residents facility and not just extended stay. I would say this place, by far is the worst hotel we have ever been in. Not safe, not clean, no lighting, sketchy people hanging in parking lot and no check in staff…. Not to mention the metal gate needed for checkin desk. We left and found another hotel for the night. Next day Called and spoke with Melanie who is front desk and she apologized and processed a refund. We use hotels.com regularly and I think this residential hotel is way beneath their quality and their pics of this hotel are not even close to what it actually looks like.

Chevy up on that ISR on the third on the third floor. It looks like it nobody’s been there for ages. It’s right next to the freeway so Kansai right next to the freeway. There was miscommunication between Expedia & the hotel (Expedia showed rooms available, hotel did not). We lucked out on one that clerk said a/c may not work, however we booked a room w/2 beds & clerk & manager made it seem like they do not even offer that. Hallways & room had a funky smell. There's no toiletries at all. No coffee pot in the room. Bed was hard. Wifi either didn't exist or wasn't working. Worst part was the confrontation between the manager and the clerk checking me in. Manager berated the clerk during my checkin. She did later apologize. We will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

You could do better
Check in was fine, the hotel was dirty. Loud music and no quiet policy enforced. No lights on in the parking lot or front entrance. Left at 7:30am and no one at front desk and front desk was closed with a metal divider. Really want my money back!

You get what you pay for. The place is a dump and caters to long term residents. Noise at all house and dogs in next room barking all night. We were in a bind but now I know to never stay in an extended stay property.

We arrived late at the property and the lobby was closed. The attendant did come down after 15 minutes and was very polite she apologized because she did not have a number to reach us since we made our reservation through Expedia but there was only one room available instead of two. She said if I reached out to Expedia they would refund my money but she could not. Emailed Expedia trying to get money back and had no response. Mold in the bathroom broken light switch covers rust on the outside of the refrigerator. Large odor of marijuana in the hallways.

This was the dirtiest, shabbiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The first indication was a plunger in the bathroom. What hotel keeps a plunger in the bathroom?!?! If I would have had ANY other alternative I would not have stayed there this weekend. I will NEVER stay at ANY Extended Stay Hotel again. Robbing people blind at over $260 a night.

Got there at 10:20 pm. Lobby reeked of marijuana with no staff to be found. Sign on window said check-in hours had changed and they close at 10:00 pm. No warning of this change. Had to find new accommodations on a very busy weekend with very little available. Parking lot had lots of people milling around, hanging out.

What a dump!!!!!
For nearly $300 per nite the hotel was a dump! The rooms were not ready, there were cigarette burns everywhere, no ice machines, unbelievable!!! The front desk employees, however, were extremely accommodating and gracious! Will not stay here again!!!!

The room keys wouldn’t work so someone had to walk every guest to their room and open with a master key. Our room wouldn’t lock at all and would open even without a key but the hotel was sold out so we just took our stuff back to the car during the concert and brought it back in after. The whole floor smelled like weed and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We prepaid for a king but when we got there she said they couldn’t accommodate it.

Literally the worse hotel I've been in. Very unsafe, very run down, fixtures falling off creating health issues, cleanliness was ridiculous, hardly any staff. No ability to print electronic keys, so rooms were unsecure as management was advised to just open doors for guests each time of ingress. They didn't have time to review or insure who was in what room, nor did they ask. Anyone could have walked into any room at any time..no questions asked. When management was about about fixing the room key system, they were told the technician was off for the weekend. UNBELIEVABLE... Guaranteed social media will have a field day with this absolute lack of care, concern, health safety, etc....

The entire Hotel Stunk of weed. Advertisement stated complimentary breakfast which was just granola bars, and muffins. Didn't have an ice machine. Overall felt like we were in a dungeon

Thank you for being our guest. We are disappointed to read that our complimentary grab-and-go breakfast did not live up to your expectations. Please know that we have fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator which includes ice trays for your convenience. Therefore we do not have ice machines on our property, and we apologize for your disappointment. We have also noted your additional comment as we do everything in our capacity to prevent such activities from occurring on your premises and appreciate your patience regarding the same. We checked in, got to our room and the air conditioning wouldn’t work. The heat did, but it was like the air was locked out. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. Ask for another room, it was on the interstate side of the building so it was loud. The pillows were horrible, and the bed was very hard.
