It had all of the space and amenities my group of 6 needed. The outdoor space was amazing, and it was right on the water. The lake was too low to get my boat to the dock on the canal, but it didn’t end up being an issue. I rented a daily slip from Hester’s Resort and Marina, a short 5 minute drive and only $10/day. ##### Seth R. The back yard is set up great for campfires and grilling. The string lights are a nice factor if you plan on spending time out side in the evenings. The house is located in a neighborhood but there is only one neighbor and a large wooded field on the other side. There are two marinas less than five minutes away but the house does have its own dock, in a creek, that feeds into the lake. I would book this property again! ##### aaron e.
