Beautiful completely remodeled bungalow featured on popular television show 'Flip That House'. Perfect location- 3 blocks to South Beach, town, and popular Kids Corner park. The home has 4 bedrooms, a den with TV, and 2 full bathrooms, including a euro-shower with 2 shower heads, and a soaking bath. Large sectional sofa and TV in family room. Gorgeous kitchen with high end appliances and built in breakfast nook. Linens and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, patio furniture, and gas grill.

We loved our family trip to the Beach Bungalow Cottage! The house is so cute! We had a party of 8 and it was comfortable for us all. The backyard was great for evening hangouts. Between the deck, the fenced in yard and the fire pit there was plenty of room outdoors. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed inside. The location of the house was perfect. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and the adorable downtown area of South Haven. The sidewalks make it easy to have a baby stroller. This was our family’s first time to South Haven and it won’t be our last. It was so relaxing to stay at the Beach Bungalow Cottage and my grown children said this was our best vacation ever! We definitely will book again!

Very Nice Home

The home was very clean and well kept. The location is great! There is a shared driveway with the neighbors, which is common in this neighborhood. We had 2 cars so we did have to park one on the street. We were disappointed in the backyard, which was not as well kept as the home. We have always enjoyed eating outdoors on vacations and did not do that here. I did not receive any contact from the owner but I was able to find all the info I needed through signage in the home and the VRBO site.

Michigan Summer

There is nothing better than a Michigan Summer and this home checked all the boxes! We traveled from KC and stayed 8 nights with 5 adults and 1 toddler and this home had everything we needed. From the well equipped kitchen to 4 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washer /dryer and all the beach/home toys that a child could want! Walking distance to downtown and the beach was a winner! The home had a grill (but we didn’t use it) and a great shaded back yard for hours of play. We didn’t bring our own beach towels but a quick trip to Meijer solved that problem. There are many homes in the area that sleep 8-10 but this home also had ample space for dinner around the large farmhouse dining table, and a living room with a sectional and an additional chair. We also loved the extra sitting room off the living room with a couch and 2 chairs. The space was perfect and we loved every minute of our time in this home. We made so many special memories and will definitely be back!

Perfect house

We love coming to South Haven and this spot was perfect for us. There were 6 adults and 2 children. The house was spacious, clean, and the perfect location. High chair and kids toys were there. Only a few blocks to town, park, and beach.

Perfect stay

Our family has booked several different properties in South Haven over the years, and we all agreed that this is our favorite property to date. Walking distance to Kids Corner and Blue Stair beach access, very short drive to town, perfect back patio and front porch for enjoying lazy mornings and evening breezes. Host was very communicative. Neighborhood was safe with friendly neighbors. Mature trees and landscaping on the property provided plenty of shade and a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Small but nice, fenced backyard area for water and game play with the kids. House has lovely historic charm but updated amenities and, most importantly for my aging parents, comfortable beds!!! We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sweet home close to beach and town

Everything was clean, fresh, and already had pumpkins and seasonal decor which made it feel like we were staying at our friends house. Great walking to town and beach, easy to get to both south and north beach, we used the front and back porches, so many little spots to gather or have some alone time, kitchen for light cooking but was well stocked for more. Loved it.
