ALL RENTS WILL BE DISCOUNTED 15% FOR ALL RENTALS BETWEEN LABOR DAY AND MEMORIAL DAY. THIS INCLUDES SPRING AND FALL 2025 RENTALS.

Our property is 100% smoke free. This includes the smoking of marijuana products on our property. Smoking or the use of marijuana products on the property will result in termination of the reservation with no refund and a $200.00 clean up fee. Please note if you smell of marijuana and bring the smell into the house your reservation will be terminated with no refund and a $200.00 clean up fee.

We are excited and looking forward to sharing our vacation property with our 2025 guests. This year we are opening earlier than in the past years and offering an 15% discount in the Spring and Fall. Our guests this year will enjoy some new updates that we have made to our Pink House. A new refrigerator and bathroom surround have been added. We have also replaced both mattresses with new Full Size mattresses and we are providing a new propane gas outdoor grill. We already have several reservations, so please reserve early and we will be happy to work with you to arrange a wonderful stay with us along Lake Michigan's shore line.

Our property is approximately 2 acres of 100 year old trees with a 100 foot deeded clean sandy beach in southwest Michigan's Harbor Country. We sit on a bluff above Lake Michigan with beautiful scenic views and evening sunsets. Our beach access is just a short walk back to the entrance to our private road, where there is a locked gated access to our shared stairway to the beach.

We have a very quaint country cottage, with a relaxing comforting atmosphere.

This listing for the 'Pink House' is perfect for a small family of 2 to 4 people. It has two bedrooms (both rooms have full size beds), a living room / kitchenette, a dining room and one bath. Bedding, sheets, blankets and pillow cases included but guests must bring their own towels for bathing and the beach.

All guests have use of a brand new gas grill, picnic table, chairs and fire pits. Firewood is provided.

Absorb yourself in a sun-basked adventure on our sugar sand beach. Enjoy a quiet excursion through a local vineyard or distillery or an open air garden market where the scent of fresh grown vegetables and fruit blossoms prevail. Visit a unique assortment of shops and businesses. In the evening you can find yourself overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan and it's beautiful sunsets.

You can experience all of this in a quaint, relaxing and quiet country atmosphere.

**PLEASE NOTE: this property is located a short walk from our shared beach access above Lake Michigan and there are approximately 100 stairs down to the beach. People with health issues may find this to be a difficult climb when returning to the house.
