Hello Kimberly, first and foremost, on behalf of all of us, we apologize for your experience at our hotel. We constantly strive to keep our hotel clean and functioning. The garbage in our lobby is constantly being changed to avoid unpleasant smells. I have talked to all of my employees to use all cleanliness precautions and remake anything that doesn't fit the Quality standards. We are also working on getting our pool back up and running ASAP. As for your room, I have talked to my housekeeping about these issues so they can be prevented in the future. We always encourage guests to come to the front desk and inform us of any issues you have with the room so we can come to a solution together. None of our staff was informed about these issues or else we would've been more than happy to switch your room or get it recleaned.
