« Cute house, Quiet location, 3 beds with dirty, crumpled sheets, dirty fridge, used pan of oil in oven. Mouse on countertop trying to get into our food. The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review,...

« The home wasn’t as nice as it was portrayed in the listing. The home is in pretty rough condition and we were pretty shocked whenever we first checked in to find the house as beat up as it was. It was nice to be able to have everyone stay under the same roof and have the entertainment, but we could’ve stayed at a much nicer house without the game room for 40 less a night. They are “strict” on checkout times and keep communicating trying to turn the house around to get the next people in, but we...
