"Parking was easy, very close to the property. Wifi was very slow. Air freshner/scent diffuser/room deodorizer was very strong. It was too strong for me that i couldn't sleep straight through the night, I had to go outside to breathe fresh air, otherwise i felt suffocated with the very strong scent sprayed in the room. If you have a very sensitive sense of smell, keep this in mind."

"The lobby area was very nice. Our room had several moths in it so we were able to get a new room. The room was fine but the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was a red smudge on the wall that was either blood or makeup, and just could have been a lot cleaner overall. It looked like the details were ignored. Staff were great and breakfast was good, but expensive. If we didn't have vouchers from the moth issues we wouldn't have paid that price for breakfast"

"Was a wonderful stay, definitely on the expensive end for accomadations. If you bring a pet, its 100.00 plus another 25.00 per night so very expensive ontop of a 700 nt room."

"Some broken items in the room. Cabinet door, door latch, ice bucket, minor things like that. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but VERY good. Room cleaning service was spotty. We had to call for service twice in the 4 nights we were there because we were skipped over for service, even though we saw the room cleaners near our door each time we left in the morning. We were just "forgotten" I guess. We didn't require much, but it would be nice to have the coffee pods refilled. Staff was all VERY nice and helpful."

"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "

"Breakfast was good but often ran out food. Hot tub was broken. Housekeeping only every day. Beautiful lobby. Very friendly staff. Nice pool but only TWO lounge chairs. Nice clean large room with sitting area. Ample and easy parking. Nice happy hour at 5:00 with soup/salad."

"The resort is nice. It has a nice pool area and a good gym. The rooms are spacious, but are tired and need renovation. It’s a perfectly nice resort but it is dated. Could also use better food options for dinner. "
