As soon as you walk into the front door, you will feel as though you are in a move-in ready Manhattan condo apartment. A portion of the the first floor area can be used as a one-bedroom apartment, which includes a fully renovated kitchen, full bathroom and king-size bedroom. Delight in watching some t.v. in the living room in front of the fireplace. A door provides complete privacy from the rest of the house. Open that door and the rest of the first floor features a second bathroom, reading room, four-bunk bedroom and a laundry room.

Walk through a short hallway to the mud room and take the stairs to the upper level that will wow you with a beautiful new white granite kitchen/dining room, with herringbone tile floors. Two additional bedrooms feature a queen sized bed and a set of twin beds plus full bathroom.****NEW ENTERTAINMENT FEATURE ….foldaway 48" POKER TABLE and 6' POOL TABLE **** Play all night or enjoy some snuggle time on the extra long couch while surfing your tablet/phone with a large bowl of popcorn gazing at the mood-setting, roaring fire. There is ample parking on the premises. A semi-circular driveway accommodates 2 cars and to the right side of the house, park up-to 2 additional SUVs.

Property was clean and inviting. The common area on the main floor was very spacious. It’s a great area - wooded but has gravel roads to run/walk on and neighbors not too far away at all so you don’t feel isolated. Very close to the village, which was important to us. The owner was super responsive.

Great weekend!
Perfect house for a group. We had 8 guys for a weekend and it was perfect. We actually walked to the village at night that’s how close it is. Shuttle picked us up at the driveway, which made it super easy during the day. Just great.

I stayed here for the North American Obstacle Course Racing Championship with 11 of my teammates from Puerto Rico and we loved the house! It was so close to the Stratton Mountain venue, we all fit comfortably (especially had enough showers to all shower right after the muddy races), and it was nice and clean. It had 2 kitchen but we mainly use the one upstairs and it was perfect to cook for all of us. Our host Georgia was very helpful from day 1 during booking through our stay. The fridge was not cool enough and she responded back right away and had someone fix that the next day. We loved our stay here and will consider this if we return in 2019! Thanks Georgia! :)

Comfortable Oasis in the Woods
This rental was perfect for my family while staying at Stratton! My parents were able to enjoy the "apartment" downstairs - with their own kitchen, bathroom and living room - if they needed a quiet break. My brother and his girlfriend were able to enjoy some privacy as well in the second room downstairs. My husband, myself and our 3 kids stayed in the spacious upstairs. The kitchen upstairs was amazing and we cooked family meals for all of us up there every night, as well as hanging out in the large living room area. Georgia was available if we needed her for anything! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Away
Our group could not have been happier with our stay in this property for Columbus Day weekend. Georgia was responsive to all questions leading up to and during our stay. The home was updated, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Lots of individual and group space throughout. Walking distance (if we wanted) to Stratton which was great for us as we were attending a festival there. A welcome basket was there waiting for us which was a great touch and something that hadn't been done in the previous 8 years our group had rented other homes. I'd recommend this home to others without a doubt.
