The stay was great, place is beautiful and all services are within few steps. The only inconvenient is walls paper thin and we could hear kids playing in the hallways while we were trying to sleep after 10pm.

We stayed 2 night on Easter weekend. The highlights were the location & the staff - these overshadow any limitations. The cons were that there's no room upkeep even at the high price point. And the lobby level (and access to the ski lift) can apparently only be accessed by the central elevators. So there's a long walk if you parked underneath your room on the south side. There are lots amenities and lot of families to keep kids happy. Overall vibe was good.

Amazing experience at Jackson Gore and Okemo- staff were fantastic and the room even had a fireplace with trail view. Our daughter really liked being able to watch the snowcats groom the trail right below our room :)

Loved this hotel. Even do we went in fall, where the summer and winter amenities were closed, this hotel is on point. Very clean and beautiful. I will definitely be coming back. You can spend an entire stay inside of the hotel during the winter time because of all the activities the hotel has.

We went the 1st week of November. It was like having the whole place to yourself. Staff was very attentive. Place was extremely clean. Unfortunately for us it was a bad week to visit cause most of all stores in ludlow were closed because they needed a rest from fall season. The restaurant at the lodge was closed for a week to prepare for winter season. We were able to park in parking garage since there was no one there so that was nice. And they offered continental breakfast since the restaurant on premises was closed. It was a nice stay.

It was a anniversary gift and was supposed to be a romantic nice and peaceful stay but yesterday as we were trying to relax and enjoy our last day after breakfast the fire alarm went on all over the hotel, it was incredibly loud and very disturbing specially in the main room, so bad we had to evacuate the place both of us with acoustic trauma, headache and significant anxiety, we called the lobby first to find out what happened and they just said it was all good, it was a test from maintenance and they couldn’t stop the alarm so it was kept on. We left very disappointed, with no real answer no explanation or apologies. As we left the saw the firemen squad at the venue, they were at the place as well. Again no answer was provided we left the place with the alarm still on. I can’t describe the horrible experience we had it ruined the whole trip we got back to Boston with ear pain and tinnitus. Terrible costumer service.

A great place for a 3 day weekend with friends. The condo unit was clean, with all the necessary amenities. Located in the main building with indoor parking and access to all the services.

4 star it’s becaused our room has a door connected to the other room.Just lucky that the other room was un-occupied but even so I felt like there is no privacy becaused of that matter.And we’re charged resort fee more than what it’s supposed to be.It’s says it should be 38.94 dollars but was charged 68.94!I wasn’t happy with that.

Amazing
Amazing place, great location for quiet stay, what me and my husband were looking for. Room was very clean and well settled. Spa, sauna, hot tubs and pool area were clean and available during our stay. We also liked restaurant that was on site, more choices of food would be nice.

It was a nice hotel on the outside but the room didn’t have a coffee pot, lighting was minimal, shower needed updated, no refrigeration, no microwave and no where to plug in cell phones for charging

The amazing nature surrounding the resort is breathtaking I would just recommend the hotel to find a way of placing the TV out of that closet which doesn’t make any sense. Maybe swimming hours/ pool schedule should be a little bit more extended.

My biggest complaint and warning is that it is not clear enough in the room description that this is not a normal queen bed - it is a murphy bed that you have to pull down from the wall and that is not nearly as comfortable as a normal hotel bed. That is not clear in the description and there is even one photo in the set of photos for "studio" that clearly shows a bedroom with a bed in it. In addition, although the property amenities are nice, it feels like Fort Knox to get to the damn pool. You literally have to go through 3-4 locked doors and sign your name in.

Physical plant is old: very LOUD heater in room closet. Shower faucets leak. Appreciated amount of hot water available for shower. "Campus" is so spread out - for ex: couldn't understand how to use pool in another bldg. DRIVE out of garage, with swimwear & change of clothes for post-pool use?? "Jason", our waiter @ breakfast, was excellent & told us how Resort housed/fed regional folks during July's flood: good going!
