For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 30.Nov.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 7 km, swimming bay 3 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Vista Mar", 3-room apartment 70 m2\. Bright, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, hi-fi system and air conditioning. #### Las vistas al mar son increíbles

El apartamento es modesto, pero está todo muy correcto, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La terraza y sus vistas al mar son únicas y espectaculares, Como sugerencias de mejora: El menaje de cocina muy viejo, no tienen copas y los vasos y platos son restos ya que no hay ninguno igual(o pocos); nos dejaron solo medio rollo de papel higiénico, en fin nosotros no íbamos con provisiones. Las camas de los niños incomodas Estuvimos muy a gusto, y pensamos repetir.

#### La piscina y terraza ok, el resto aprobado raspao.

Poco mas que decir, vistas, ubicacion y sobre todo la.piscina, son un lujo. El apartamento por dentro sin mas, el papel higienico con cuenta gotas, los vasos medio sucios, y la cama de matrimonio pequeña y de mala calidad. Un aprobado raspado para la vivienda, y un precio excesivo por solo una piscina.
