Situated in a tranquil residential area just 1.3 km from the sea and 1.6 km from the beach in Benissa, Spain, this property offers a private fenced swimming pool (6 x 4 m) available year-round. Additionally, it boasts a yard, parking for two cars, and a tennis court within 50 meters, catering to your desire for a vacation rental with ample outdoor amenities.

The property's outdoor spaces are designed to maximize your enjoyment. Relax by the private, fenced swimming pool (6 x 4 m), available for your use throughout the year. Refresh under the outdoor shower after a dip or soak up the sun on the lounge chairs. The yard provides additional space for outdoor activities, while the roofed parking area accommodates up to two cars. If you're a tennis enthusiast, you'll appreciate the convenience of a tennis court located just 50 meters away.

You will stay in a comfortable and beautifully furnished 5-room house spanning 136 m2 over two levels. The living/dining room features a sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The main kitchen comes with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as an exit to the terrace. This level also has a bedroom with a french bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with a small, open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, heat available, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.  
  
Other Information  
You can enjoy a large terrace and a distant view of the sea and countryside from the property. Additional facilities provided are an iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and reserved parking (roofed, 2 cars).
